What is Soul Therapy?
Soul Therapy is a Torah-based approach to emotional healing. It sees every woman as a neshama, a soul with a light of her own, and helps her reach the places where that light got covered over.
Together we look gently at what you carry: old pain, patterns that repeat, the voice inside that says you are not enough. We work with emotion, with the inner child, and with emunah, so that change happens from the inside and lasts.
Emotional healing
Making room for feelings that were pushed aside, and letting them soften.
The inner child
Meeting the younger you with the care she needed then and still needs now.
Self-worth
Seeing yourself the way Hashem sees you: precious, and worthy of love.
Connection to Hashem
A relationship with Hashem that feels close, warm and real.
For couples
Crossing the bridge to each other
Couples sessions follow Encounter-centered Couples Therapy (EcT). Instead of arguing about who is right, each partner learns to cross “the bridge” and really visit the other's world.
One of you hosts and one of you visits, then you switch. Slowly, with presence and curiosity, the space between you becomes a place of safety and connection again, where real encounter can happen.
